Davids Prior to joining as a Partner with DavenportMajor, Jeff spent over 20 years in industry as a senior operating executive having served as COO or CFO primarily for multiple Clean Energy and Technology companies backed by top tier venture capital firms. Four of those companies successfully completed IPO or sale transactions, and others continue to grow towards successful shareholder exits. He has closed over $1 billion in IPO, M&A and venture capital transactions during his career. Jeff started his career as a CPA at KPMG Peat Marwick and has built a depth of industry expertise supporting his practice in Clean Energy, Software, Digital Media, CFO, Board of Directors, and Audit Committee searches among other areas. Jeff earned his Bachelors degree with University Honors from The Ohio State University, he earned his CPA Certification in California, and served four years of active duty in the United States Marine Corps.
