Chris Neary joins DavenportMajor from The Compass Search Group, a boutique executive search firm with clients across the nation. Chris specialized in placing mid to upper-level managers in operational, marketing, and human resources roles transitioning from a division of the Adecco Group, the largest human resources services company in the world.

Prior to the Adecco Group, Chris managed the Office of the Hawaiian State Government Web Portal supporting the office’s top executives. He was also the face of the state’s web site in weekly meetings with the Departments of Tax, Labor, Commerce and Consumer Affairs.

Chris was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree by Bucknell University and completed work towards a Masters Degree in Business Administration.
