Laura Bailey

Laura Bailey joins DavenportMajor from Art of Placement, a search firm she established focused on recruiting outstanding account service talent for the advertising, internet publishing and media industries.

Prior to Art of Placement, Laura served as a founding member and Account Executive driving business development and recruiting for Digital People, the largest full-service creative and marketing search firm in Chicago.

With over eighteen years of recruiting experience, Laura has an extensive background placing senior marketing professionals and technology specialists for a variety of marketing firms, publishers, media companies and technology start-ups.

Laura was awarded a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from The Illinois School of Professional Psychology and holds a License in Professional Counseling. She received a Bachelor or Arts degree in Art History from the University of Illinois.
