Lynn Alderete

Lynn Alderete joins DavenportMajor from Alderete & Associates, a search firm she established focused on high technology executive search with an emphasis on outstanding customer service.

Prior to Alderete & Associates she was a Vice President/Partner at Austin-McGregor, where she established their West Coast office in San Diego.

Her expertise in executive search spans almost 20 years, specializing in high technology with an emphasis on sales and marketing, development, operations and professional services.

Ms. Alderete graduated from San Diego State University with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology. Lynn then joined NCR, holding a series of management positions in systems engineering. NCR sponsored her MBA from the University of San Diego which she completed in 1986.

Personal

Active in her community, Ms. Alderete currently volunteers with San Diego City Schools, School of Creative and Performing Arts, San Diego Junior Theatre, as well as the Pacific Children’s Theatre.
